2. Relevant History & Identity Checks
  •   Skills / experience match (including picking/packing, production, machine operators, forklift, electrical, National Vocational Qualifications and City & Guilds)
  • Pre-screen telephone interview
  • Registration
  • Registration form completed and uploaded onto database
  • In-depth face-to-face interview (Competency Based where required)
  • Right to work checks (including formal documentation validation)
  • Proof of National Insurance
  • ​Referencing (minimum of two years where required)
  • Health Checks
